We do not automatically place "cookies" on your computer unless you order from our store. If you do place an order, your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart if you place an order, and automatically expires after 15 minutes. Since our site also uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services, we do need to collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers).

Contact information from the order form is used solely to send orders to our customers, and to get in touch with them only if it is necessary to clarify an order. Financial information that is collected is used to bill for products and services.

On the internet, all of the above information is processed on a dedicated Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server, as certified by the Thawte/Verisign authority. Our credit card processing is performed by Authorize.net. In most cases your credit card information is not even sent to our offices.

In our offices, all hard copies are kept in secure, locked file cabinets and destroyed after the elapsed storage time required by various credit card issuers. Access to credit card information, when required, is restricted only to those personel directly involved in the billing process.

We may, from time to time, utilize the information you provide to us (in the form of "QuickQuotes") to assemble various industry specific information products, such as aircraft surveys. We do not release your name or other personal information in these products.
