Find a Loan

Whether you're buying or selling,
you'll need a method or organizing all the data. Professional aircraft dealers use "Spec Sheets"- a simple one page form that assists you in remembering to ask all the right questions, and serves as a full description of any plane.

To make your purchase (or sale) a bit easier, we've made available specsheets for both singles and twins, in either Adobe or Word format. You can download these from the links at left.

You can also download our standard Aircraft Rating Scales, then fax or email them to the seller so you can agree on the interior and exterior condition.

When you do find the right plane, you'll need a Purchase and Sale agreement. We've got a couple of different examples for you, including one for that long-distance deal.

For the final transaction, you'll need an official FAA Aircraft Bill of Sale, and you or the seller may also need an FAA approved form of Lien Release.
